Shipping & Returns
Terms:
All orders must be pre-paid before shipping.
Wholesale:
If you are interested in bulk quantities, or special order items, please feel free to contact us with your request.
Availability:
Exquisite Corpse Boutique makes every attempt to keep all products listed in stock, but we cannot always guarantee product availability. Out of stock items can be back ordered. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will make every attempt to contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of this and to get further instructions from you. At that time you will be given options of choosing an alternate item, canceling the item that is out of stock, or back ordering the item. If we cannot contact you before the end of the next business day, your order will be shipped without the items that are out of stock and you will need to re-order the items at a later date. We cannot be held responsible for any situation that may arise due to an item being out of stock. Items that need to be special ordered, such as bulk orders must be pre-paid and cannot be canceled. Keeping this in mind please allow ample time for special orders to be processed.
Shipping:
USPS/UPS:
Exquisite Corpse Boutique does not ship C.O.D. All orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) at the customers option and are FOB Ohio. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order, include marginal handling and packaging costs, and may include insurance/delivery confirmation costs if applicable. USPS orders are not guaranteed by a certain day. USPS does indicate that Priority Mail does arrive in 2-3 days. Late deliveries cannot be reimbursed if this option is selected. Multiple box shipments sometimes arrive a day apart and may incur additional shipping charges. Give the packages at least 1 extra day to arrive before calling for a tracer. Priority Mail usually takes about 2-3 days for delivery and UPS orders depending on your zone.
Delivery:
Please do not miss your delivery. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 30% restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part.
Canadian/International Orders:
Please be aware that additional charges may be assessed by customs at the border, including GST taxes and UPS brokerage fees. We cannot estimate these fees prior to shipping. United States Postal Service (USPS) tends to be more lenient with brokerage fees and/or duties, however, as you can surmise, it is more difficult to track a package. Insurance is included, however, except for USPS orders UNDER four (4) lbs. If you do choose USPS, your order will not ship until the next scheduled USPS drop off day.
United States Postal Service-
We offer Postal shipping only to insurable areas outside the continental United States. Priority Mail & Surface Mail are available to Hawaii & Alaska. Air Parcel Post (4-10 days) & Parcel Post Surface Mail (4-8 weeks) are available outside of the US. If shipped Parcel Post, there is a 30 day waiting period before a tracer or claim can be placed on the package.
Damaged Shipments:
If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, Do Not Accept it from the carrier and call carrier explaining refusal of shipment. If you accept the damaged package from the courier you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact the carrier immediately if there is any damage or breakage. All packages leave our warehouse in good condition. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier or goods leaving our premises. You must get a claim number from the carrier.
Returns:
All other merchandise returns accepted only within 3 days of receipt. Returns must be approved in writing by Exquisitecorpseboutique.com , please e-mail Draven@exquisitecorpseboutique.com for authorization and an RA number. Unless our error, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc and 45% restocking fee will be charged to unauthorized returns to cover the same. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN GOOD/RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. All authorized returns will receive an in-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was an error on our part.
You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order.
Warranties:
Exquisite Corpse Boutique expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of these product.
